JOB DESCRIPTION

Telephonic collections focusing on the collection of the total due amount immediately and minimising the forward roll rate of potential non-performing cheque and loan accounts with the emphasis on customer retention, education, and rehabilitation, through effective and efficient collections skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimim Qualification: 

• Grade 12
• Post School NQF level 6 Qualification

Experience Required: 

• 3+ Year’s collections experience, preferably in the Credit Collections environment. 
• Contact Centre and business lending product experience will be an advantage.
• Understands the broader business environment in which they work from sector, organisation, and role perspective.
• Timorously identifies and manage risk within their area influence using policies and procedures.
