Job Description
- To ensure effective and efficient resolution of the Corporate and Commercial claims and related account payments by adhering to the identified processes, procedures, standards and exercising appropriate discretion and ensure delivery within the agreed SLAs and TATs of the assigned portfolio, by effectively engaging with all relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Completed Matric
- NQF 5 FAIS Qualification
- Required Commercial Insurance Qualifications - Relevant FAIS Qualification for Category 1 Commercial Lines
- RE5
Experience Required
- 3-4 years Commercial claims experience with broad, solid technical understanding of corporate and commercial policy wordings and claims.
- Technical background on motor claims/repairs (commercial)
