Consultant: EUC Switch and WI-FI LAN Engineer at SITA SOC (Ltd)

Purpose of the job

• To manage, coordinate the provision of Switch and WI-FI management and support services, to manage the performance of switch and WI-FI infrastructure and other related infrastructure, and to ensure management and coordination of all related incidents logged are resolved timeously.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Manage the Design of new IT solutions.
• Coordinate and manage Business Improvement initiatives and solutions
• Develop and provide inputs to proposals for new solutions, hardware and software
• Manage and Develop IT security related risks
• Manage Quality Assurance
• Human Resource Management.
• Financial Management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum: 3-year Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT or related fields.
• Relevant ICT related certifications(ITIL, Product related, Quality, CCNP, HCNP etc) will be an added advantage.
• Experience: 6-7 years practical experience in switch and wi-fi and should include 3 Years’ experience as a Manager/Specialist/Supervisor with management/supervision of business support/operations in a Corporate/Public Sector Organization.
• Management of performance of switches, wi-fi and other related infrastructure Management and resolution of incidents logged
• Experience in the provision of ICT solutions and services.
