What you will do?
To support Engagement team in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement / project. To promote our leadership capabilities which are living our purpose, influence, performance drive, strategic direction and talent development.
Key Performance Areas
As a Workday Functional Senior Consultant, you should expect to be involved in the following:
- Lead projects and data conversions
- Gathering business requirements
- Build consensus around business processes and design
- Communication of Workday capabilities
- Manage on and off shore resources
- Consistent and ongoing interaction with client subject matter experts
- Configuration of Workday application
- Serve as mentor to junior staff

Qualifications
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Workday HCM certified
- 3-4 years of consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm
- Experience leading at least 2 large, full life cycle Workday implementations
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with excel, Visio and Power point
- Up to 80% travel
- Completed Bachelors degree
