Content Moderator at Property24

Property24 is looking for a new Content Moderator to join their Moderation Team. The successful candidate must be self-driven, reliable and able to work independently as well as within a team.
Job Description

• Maintaining the quality of listings on the Property24 Portal
• Publishing listings to affiliated sites
• Customer support
• Suburb administration
• Documenting and reporting
• Assisting in formalising new support and/or administrative processes
• Video and Virtual tours
• Listing Grouping
• Any tasks that may be support or admin related that arises from the rollout of a new product or service.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
• Attention to detail and ability to concentrate on tasks for extended periods of time essential
• Good command of English (written and verbal)
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Adaptable to change
• Quick to learn and comfortable in a dynamic IT environment
• Energetic with a positive attitude
• Matric qualification
• Good working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook, email and internet a must
• Good problem solving skills
• Good time management skills
• Understanding of property administrative systems (advantageous)
