In this role, you will drive the creative vision and production excellence for Media24’s native content studio’s commercial campaigns across print, digital, events, special projects and social media. This senior leadership role requires a dynamic professional who can bridge the gap between creativity and commercial success, managing campaigns from conception to completion while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and team performance. This role is based at our Cape Town office.
What you’ll do
Oversee and lead end-to-end campaign development and execution from creative brief through final delivery
Lead creative briefings and campaign planning sessions with internal teams and clients
Establish and maintain seamless workflows for efficient project execution across platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, writers, video teams, sales, and implementation departments
Maintain creative consistency across all touchpoints and platforms
Serve as primary liaison between creative teams and commercial stakeholders
Present campaign concepts, progress updates, and results to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management
Monitor and continuously improve operational processes to ensure timely delivery
Ensure creative consistency and client satisfaction leveraging deep insights into Media24’s platform portfolio
Drive operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of creative output

Strong strategic thinking with deep understanding of publishing and media trends, including video and social media
Proven leadership experience in fast-paced, multi-project environments
Excellence in project management and operational process optimization
Outstanding communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions
Ability to transform business objectives into compelling content strategies
May require flexibility for varied hours (evenings/weekends) and travel during campaign launches
Proficiency with emerging media technologies and marketing analytics tools advantageous
What we require:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Creative Arts
5-7 years of advanced creative direction and production management experience
Proven track record and portfolio demonstrating success in commercial campaign management across multiple media formats
Prior experience in publishing, agency, or media environments preferred
