Continuous Improvement and MI (Management Information) Analyst
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate meaningful insights related to organizational performance.
Develop and produce regular Management Information (MI) reports for stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
Create dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate complex data insights.
Ensure the accuracy, reliability and security of data used in MI and continuous improvement activities.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis leading to solutions that are both sustainable and that have a positive impact on our people.
Contribute to project planning, preparing and maintaining documentation.
Monitor project activities and evaluating the overall projects.
Fully understand the policies, processes and systems which apply to your team’s work and provide leadership so that your team works within these.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate qualification in a relevant discipline – HR/Data Analytics/Information Management/Project Management
Desirable: It would be advantageous to have a post graduate qualification in the relevant discipline
Experience:
3 year's plus experience of working in a complex multi-national organisation – ideally HR context.
3-5 years' understanding and experience of HR systems - including, Data Analytics solutions, SAP ERP & Success Factors.
Proven track record of practical experience in a role of similar complexity.
Track record of interfacing with and influencing key stakeholders and colleagues
