Control Room Operator at RCL Foods

Job Description    

• Control of PLC computers to supply all packing lines with product.
• Capturing of all data into Introspect and Ardent Clouds.
• Document control and filling.
• Submitting of all casual labour requisitions and capture job cards in Pragma system.
• Make sure all samples gets submitted to the lab.
• Controlling all packing bins for rat holes.
• Documenting of all mix back and recovery recons.
• Printing and submitting of Barcode labels.
• Cancelling and recon waste labels.
• Keep sufficient copies of all relevant documentation.
• Answering of phone and taking messages.
• Make sure everyone comply with safety standards (Permit book etc.)
• Controlling of all keys.
• Submitting documentation for SIC boards to every shift and collection.

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science
• At least 2 years working experience in FMCG environment
