• Financial Planning & Budgeting
• Drive financial & operational performance
• Manage cost & Modelling process
• Profitability analysis
• Prepare variance analysis
• Liaise with corporate treasury centre
• Keep a track record of all Tax, customs and legal risks in the region
• Maintain a strong network with experts across the group to ensure group wide compliance
• Advise management on shaping business decisions in a way that optimises the opportunities that lie in the differences between various country standards
• Qualified CIMA or Chartered Accountant
• Must be a South African citizen
• 8 years minimum relevant experience
• Financial management experience
• Reporting & Controlling experience
• Logistics experience would be given first preference, however open to a multinational background
• Must have extensive East, West and Southern Africa experience - this is non negotiable
• Must be willing to do occasional travel into Africa
• Must be able to deal with senior executives at a cross functional level
