    Conveyancer

    Job Description

    • General Conveyancing duties will apply. The Firm does Bond Cancellations for all Banks and is on all the bank panels. Working knowledge of Bonds and Transfers preferred. Will work in a team of 10 conveyancing staff members.

    Qualifications

    • Law Degree. Admitted Attorney.
    • Admitted Conveyancer.

    Skills

    • Must reside in close proximity or in JHB South.
    • Own Transport. Minimum 2 years experience as a Conveyancer.
    • Working knoledge of Ghost Convey. E4. Lexis.

    Salary / Package

    • R20000-R30000 per month

    Benefits

    • Benefits are Negotiable. Salary offered will be in line with level of experience.
