Are you a competent Junior to Mid Conveyancing Secretary available to assist a well-established Pretoria law firm to ensure the continued smooth operation of its conveyancing practice?
REQUIREMENTS:
Matric (Grade 12)
Fully bilingual
Stable employment record
2 yrs+ work experience as a Conveyancing Transfer Secretary
Able to work independently from inception to finalization of all conveyancing instructions
Meticulous and attention to detail
Liaising with Banks / Clients / Deeds Office /Other Law Firms
Proper understanding and knowledge of Bank Procedures and requirements i.e. Stordoc etc.
Working knowledge of Ghost Convey / e4 / Lexpro
Strong telephonic etiquette and people skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling property transfer from instruction to registration.
Bond registrations and Cancellations (Highly Advantageous).
Handle conveyancing matters from instruction to registration.
Pro forma statements and final accounts.
Obtaining Rates clearance certificates and SARS transfer duty receipts.
