About the role
We are currently on the lookout for a talented Commercial Accounts Coordinator to work in our South Africa head office in Rosebank. This role will be reporting to the Area Business Manager.
The primary purpose of this critical role is to provide support for nominated customer accounts and support for the area business manager team to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of products and services to customers on multiple sites across the region.
A part of this role includes reporting on key metrics, providing analysis of commercial data, assisting Territory and Area Business Managers in preparing presentations & proposals to customers, supporting key administrative functions (such as Ariba, Letters of Offer, contracts, forecasting, etc.), leading specific process improvement initiatives
The successful candidate will also coordinate key commercial processes such as overtime & demurrage recovery, SOP forecasting, and the regional Business Improvement pipeline.
