    Corporate and Marketing Communications Specialist

    What You Will Do

    • Coordinates internal and external communications projects, including proofreading, creating and posting content for websites, intranet, social media, and other digital communication channels.
    • Gathers information and drafts a range of communications materials for both internal and external use.
    • Assist with the implementation of strategic communications programs to help build brand image.
    • Conducts research to prepare presentations, scripts, and speeches. Incorporates and ensures proper Ecolab brand standards implementation in all communications.
    • The candidate will interface with senior leadership and internal stakeholders across markets, divisions, and functions.
    • The role entails developing excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders, to get close to their business needs, and - importantly - offer first-class delivery to achieve growth objectives.
    • Works under limited supervision. Reports to country-cluster Communications Manager.
    • Champion One Ecolab brand building, within and across businesses and geographies.
    • Contribute to the delivery of business goals and enhance organizational reputation through supporting the execution of external communications strategies and activities.
    • Create and manage various forms of creative and insightful content for external and internal use.
    • Inform, engage, and align employees through enabling internal communications execution.
    • Maintenance of digital communication channels such as website, intranet, social media.
    • Translate analysis and insights, external and internal, into effective key messages and brand platforms.
    • Support sales activation.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field, and two to three years of related professional experience.
    • Preference will be given to unemployed, black, female (and/or disabled) candidates.
