Corporate Finance Executive at Macdonald & Company

Seasoned corporate finance professional sought to add immediate value to acquisitive fund. Our client is looking for someone to take full change of finance and business processes by the identification of opportunities that create cash flow and investment opportunities. You will be responsible for all Transactional activity with lenders, Financial Modelling, Risk assessments, Reporting (board level) and working with the asset manager to deliver accurate forecasts.

Whilst you would ideally have worked in a similar role for another property fund, our client will consider someone who has originated real estate transactions as the funder; as long as your exposure has been at all levels and includes creative solutions. Your ability to come up with initiatives which provide long term liquidity is key.

A CA is preferred, but preference will be given to experience, and a STABLE track record.
