You will serve as a thought partner to Practice Leadership to shape the Banking Learning journey, define learning objectives, and develop curricula that appropriately address needs and priorities.
This includes identifying opportunities for capability building and initiating new projects to fill gaps. You will apply the latest adult learning principles and best practices to design and develop new assets including E-learning, facilitator-led remote learning and classroom programs as appropriate. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content is up-to-date and reflects the Firm’s best thinking.
You will manage delivery of key learning programs, working closely with the central Client Capabilities Learning Delivery team to ensure best practices and guidelines are followed. You will qualify and invite participants to learning programs and provide guidance on other relevant opportunities to build needed skills. You will track performance including collecting and evaluating participant feedback, managing budgets, and monitoring program penetration. In addition, you will forecast demand for future programs and help develop a learning calendar for the year.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of program management experience Excellent people leadership and project management skills
Ability to direct multiple simultaneous initiatives, engage and manage senior stakeholders and lead colleagues in the absence of formal reporting relationships
Experience applying learning/adult learning principles and approaches Managerial skills to ensure well-organized and effective program delivery
