    Associate Design Director

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will work on a variety of projects that integrate digital designs into products, services and environments. 
    • In this role, you will be part of a blended cross-functional team and tackle all aspects of the design process, help to lead client engagements and guiding other members of their design team. Moving from insights to ideas, you will creatively solve complex problems, threading design and business thinking together to deliver inventive, durable and thoughtful, solutions from concept to launch. You will need to apply conceptual thinking to create desirable and feasible digital solutions across multiple platforms, smartly bringing together user needs, business goals and technical realities.
    • You'll utilize industry design standards and best practices to define and implement design criteria, you'll apply user centered design methodologies to ensure your ideas are based on customer needs, and you'll prepare research and testing, produce personas, map customer journeys, develop service blueprints, for complex products and services.

    You will work with consultants and other team members to understand, disaggregate and prioritize their research needs.  

    In this role, you will identify the key issues for the team and determine the most appropriate solution, effectively balancing quality, availability, timeliness, and cost factors. By working with broad information source knowledge and your understanding of McKinsey’s global network of knowledge professionals, you will efficiently collect, summarize and synthesize the relevant facts.     Community Coordinator

    • You will be managing the program’s ‘Network Level’ which engages tens of thousands of the program’s alumni across all the geographies where Forward has been launched.
    • In this role, your responsibilities include planning, content development, and execution of learning events and activities. You will also maintain, grow and engage with the community of organizations who are interested in collaborating on outreach activities with Forward.

    Corporate Learning Manager - Banking

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will serve as a thought partner to Practice Leadership to shape the Banking Learning journey, define learning objectives, and develop curricula that appropriately address needs and priorities.

    Data Engineer - Advanced Analytics

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will typically lead a team of 3 – 5 consultants to help clients achieve new performance highs.
    • You will lead the day to day execution of a client project while guiding and developing individual team members.  You’ll work directly with clients – usually on site – and you’ll take ownership of the overall project and its end products. You will make an important contribution to the analysis, design, and implementation of business performance approaches, developing tailor-made solutions and working closely with clients to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.

    Executive Assistant

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will provide a range of administrative support to effectively provide leverage to the consultants. 
    • In this role, your responsibility will include travel scheduling, file organization, expense report submission and accounting administration. You will also maintain calendars for assigned consultants, handle all phone calls in a professional and efficient manner and develop effective relationships with the individuals in which you support. 
    • You will produce accurate, properly formatted documents and reports, frequently under tight time constraints.  You will also support the planning and execution of major projects, conferences and other off-site meetings while working collaboratively with other executive assistants to ensure backup coverage.

    Head of Responsible Buying

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will take ownership of all aspects of the firm’s sustainable procurement strategy that relate to social or governance topics in a sustainable supply chain. 
    • You will gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, develop recommendations, syndicate recommendations with stakeholders and drive implementation of solutions. This will include creatively driving and implementing the strategy to advance responsible buying tailored to the context of McKinsey’s supply chain and proactively acting on emerging trends and industry leading practices by staying on top of and driving cutting edge thinking in the field (through participation in relevant convening organizations), ensuring McKinsey’s program is best-in class.

    Learning Manager - Real Estate

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • You will help shape and drive the firm’s capability building for our consultants serving real estate companies and advising companies on their real estate issues.  
    • In this role, you will be established as an indispensable member of the team, whose judgments, oversight, and insights into learning matters are greatly valued by the leadership and will contribute to the overall success of the initiative. You will collaborate with real estate leaders and McKinsey academy to define and develop assets that can be effectively used both internally and with clients.

    • You will act as an advisor to the real estate community on development opportunities in learning and work with initiative management to foster connectivity. You will forecast demand for future programs and help develop learning calendar for the year and provide input to program objectives and ensure delivery meets objectives for each audience.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Advanced university degree and excellent academic record
    • 5+ years of experience preferred, ideally in a professional services environment, with learning and development and/or talent management experience
    • Experience applying learning/adult learning principles and approachesExperience with or knowledge of real estate issues is a plus
    • Familiarity of how to work within a global environment, interfacing effectively with people from NA, EU, APClient relationship skills—in particular, experience acting as a thought partner to senior stakeholders
