    Sales Intern Cloud Renewals

    Job Description

    • As a Renewals Intern within our Renewals Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the renewal process for our existing client base. You will work closely with our Renewals Specialists and other team members to ensure timely and successful renewals of contracts and subscriptions. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assisting in the preparation and distribution of renewal notices and communications to clients.
    • Conducting research and gathering necessary data to support the renewal negotiation process.
    • Collaborating with account managers to ensure accurate client information and contract details.
    • Tracking and updating renewal activities and progress in our internal systems.
    • Providing administrative support such as organising documents, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records related to renewals.
    • Assisting in analysing renewal trends and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
    • Communicating with clients to address inquiries and provide assistance throughout the renewal process.
    • Contributing to the development of renewal strategies and initiatives to enhance customer retention.

    Sales Intern - Payroll

    Job Description

    • As an intern you will be working closely with our Sales colleagues in the Medium and Small segment with quoting & administrative duties, which will include assisting with sales processes such reviewing all opportunities before quoting. Check that correct tax country and branch are specified. Check that the Sales GP on CRM is calculated correctly, creating of new opportunities on CRM, Email queries to address and respond, Typing of quotations, Follow up with customers to confirm receipt of quotes, Phone customers to confirm appointments, cold calling potential customers, researching their company’s products or services, loading opportunities on various systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Intern will do a search on CRM and Salesforce to see if an opportunity already exists. If it does, they will just drop the quote on the open opportunities. If there is nothing, the intern will open the opportunity in Salesforce & CRM, drop the quotation on both systems and phone the customer to confirm receipt of the quotation.
    • Forecasting/ACV values/Commission to BP’s, remains the responsibility of the sales colleague as well as any other communication and stage progress on the systems.
    • In the case of an opportunity needing to be loaded on Smart sheets, the intern needs to be notified that they must load it in Smart Sheets. They will then do so. The confirmation email from smart sheet will be forwarded to the ASM to verify the data. The interns will not load it under their own names, but under the name of the opportunity owner.
    • The interns can be used to confirm appointments and when necessary, move out appointments for their Allocated ASM.
    • Interns to be trained by their allocated ASM on assisting them with Quotations. Accuracy is still the ownership of the ASM.
    • Interns to sit in on certain Sales Demos for exposure. ASMs to arrange.
    • Interns to assist with taking minutes during those meetings/demos when needed by their allocated ASM.
    • All Interns will assist with Quotations for Runtimes.
    • Inside Sales Interns will see to the Lead Allocations Sheet and Business Partner Allocations Sheet.
    • Interns should redirect business related queries to the correct department that has incorrectly been directed to Sales.
    • Load escalation webforms on behalf of clients.
    • Assist ASMs to do research on clients.
    • Assist in completing Due Diligence forms with the assistance of allocated ASM.

    People Services Intern

    Job Description

    • People Services representatives provide first point of contact to colleagues and managers for all People transactional inquiries such as People policies, processes and programs where self-service is either unavailable, or where the query cannot be resolved through the self-service channel available. Handling Tier 1 inquiries and issues and providing service directly or ensuring proper follow through by Tier 2 team. This role also assists in maintaining knowledge base - record and document colleague interactions and create and utilize standard processes and or knowledge articles to respond consistently to inquiries.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond and/or process colleague and manager inquiries and requests on basic transactions regarding People policies, and procedures and programs; personnel changes into our systems e.g. new hire related data, colleague transfers, promotions, salary increases, work schedule, work location, name and address changes, annual. Leave, leave of absence, benefits & reward, terminations etc. in writing or via telephone, as appropriate using the agreed upon knowledge documents and processes
    • Direct colleagues and line managers through queries via self-service, redirection to appropriate sources of information or through available policies and Knowledge Hub
    • Support People colleagues regarding the processing of People policies, procedures and programs; partner with other People colleagues to resolve issues for where additional information is required. Determine which queries require specialist support and escalate complex enquiries to appropriate parties and keep informed of multiple policies and legacy terms and agreements to ensure advice and administration is appropriately actioned
    • Embrace and use People Services technology to track colleague cases and resolutions and file relevant data and files appropriately
    • Document colleagues’ request in case management application; continuously improve information and processes to ensure the proper level of service.

    Skills, know-how and experience:

    Must have:

    • Ability to perform a range of routine HR administration duties through experience in generic administration activity e.g. data processing, record management, minute taking etc.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Good organisation and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to accurately enter and manage sensitive data and confidential matters
    • Ability to deal with difficult conversations and interactions with colleagues
    • Tech Savvy with experience with basic Microsoft Office functionality (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
    • HR related experience with experience working in a Shared Service Centre preferred
    • Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer/colleague service; sometimes under tight timeframes
    • Knowledge of general HR processes and practices and ability to interpret them towards a case
    • Knowledge of HRIS and case management systems preferred
