Cost Controller at One&Only Resorts

Key responsibilities:

• Daily posting of departmental transfers;
• Run daily sales depletion process;
• Preparing & distributing cost reports weekly;
• Calculate staff meal costs;
• Manage Micros menu items;
• Balancing stock and purchase accruals;
• Arrange and record monthly inventory counts;
• Analyze stock variances and movements;
• Track & communicate slow moving and ageing stock;
• Accurate and timely capture of ENT’s, discounts etc;
• Prepare variance, inventory tracker and cost reports;
• Month-end processes i.e. re-allocations of expenses and accruals;
• Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Excel;
• Experience on Accounting software;
• Tertiary qualification in accounting / bookkeeping an advantage;
• Working experience in cost control an advantage;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Accurate;
• Deadline oriented.
