Cost of Sales Analyst at Vodacom

Role Purpose

The Cost of Sales Analyst role is based within Vodacom Business Africa.

The purpose of this role is administrative and clerical support for a subset of a company’s financial needs. The role is to build relationships with the international supplier billing teams, process incoming supplier invoices and reconcile statements to ensure accurate payment of services received are scheduled.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Receive, validate and process supplier invoices against purchase orders.
• Reconcile supplier statements of account.
• Manage billing disputes.
• Communicate remittance advice to suppliers.

Ideally You Should Possess The Following

• Matric/ Grade 12 is essential.
• 2-3 years experience in accounts payable.
• Sage experience is beneficial.
• Good use of all Microsoft products.
• Telecommunications experience beneficial.
• Able to manage stakeholders.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
