Key Output

• Provide administrative support to service operations.
• Manage Work order from opening to closing.
• Create supplier orders and follow up on invoices.
• Take ownership of Workorder files
• Ensure documentation and process comply to quality standards (ISO 9001)
• Perform labour booking and submit sims on the Caterpillar system.
• Achieve cost centre financial targets and key performance indicators (KPl's)
• Effectively control cost centre expenses and work in progress (WIP)
• Effective communication
• Resolve internal and external customer Queries.

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Matric
• Two years Administration experience
• Be assertive and take ownership of work orders in respective area
• An understanding of relevant CS processes
• Be able to work both on SAP CS and CRM
• Computer literate - Microsoft Office
• Willing to work overtime.
