    Country Change Lead - Contractor - Modderfontein

    Job Summary 

     

    You will be working as Country Change Lead, and will be the part of Process Automation business area for IA - Lead Country management division based in Modderfontein, South Africa. In this role you will be reporting to Country HR Manager and will be responsible for organizing, executing and overseeing the change, communicating and training activities in the country or cluster under your lead business.

    Your responsibilities

    • Identifying local stakeholders to build program understanding, buy-in and advocacy. Equipping them with relevant materials and representing the program across different forums
    • Working closely with local business and functional leaders to ensure full understanding of the change the HR.
    • Transformation Program drives and managing its impact on the organization.
    • Identifying the local specific change impacts of the HR.
    • Transformation Program and building the change approach based on the findings.
    • Validating system language to ensure it’s clear and understandable for different stakeholders.
    • Collaborating with relevant communication functions, ensuring that program communication is tailored to local needs and releasing at the right time through relevant channels. Identifying local needs for change, communicating initiatives and contents, ensuring they are reflected in local change plans and material
    • Organizing and overseeing local training initiatives for testing, HR, end user training and other program activities

    Your background

    • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
    • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in HR function or Change Management experience
    • Experience in large transformation programs
    • Relevant experience and knowledge of organizational change management processes, methodologies and tools including process, technology and people aspects
    • Outstanding stakeholder engagement and expectation management skills.
    • Proven ability to work effectively with different organizational levels and thorough understanding of how to engage diverse audiences.
    • Preference will be given to EE candidates.
