Job Specifications:
As a Commercial Product Manager, your main task is to develop the ASUS commercial business, covering laptop, desktop, 2-in-1 device and All in One.
Desired Requirements to fulfill role:
- Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs;
- Oversees the analysis and evaluation of key market statistics and customer requirements to define product strategies and identify opportunities to expand market share;
- Maintains current status of customer requirements for existing and future products, feedback to head quarter R&D team;
- Build up strong relationship with local distributor partners and assisting local distributor to deal with head quarter for ordering, logistics and promotion;
- Works with Sales Administration and head office teams to ensure accurate forecasting, lead-time estimating, and pricing for products under management;
- Manages product launches to ensure sales force readiness and optimize P&L impact of product transitions;
- Collaborate with account management team to understand customer requirement and collect market information;
- Collaborate with local and HQ marketing team to deliver the messages to target audiences and business partners;
- Driving marketing/promotion activities and event to increase mind shares for specific product category;
- Visiting key partners at inter-state and attending roadshow/ tradeshow when required.
What do we ask from you?
- 3-5 years of commercial business experience (SMB, corporate, government, and education);
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment daily decision making;
- Demonstrated leadership and strong drive for results;
- Team player and effective in dealing with ambiguity;
- Strong business acumen and customer focus;
- Comfortable working with numbers, and evaluating/analyzing large sets of data in excel;
- Ability to work under high pressure, and to prioritize work deadlines (over other commitments);
- Attention to detail and high quality work at all times;
- No military obligation for male candidates;
- Interested in PC technologies, trends and product management
Competencies:
- Clear ability to multi-task, time management, learn and leverage a variety of applications.
- Highly skilled verbal and written fluency in English
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
