    Creative Director

    About the job

    As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for guiding our creative team through each project, from idea to completion. You will be responsible for implementing the creative vision of each project, and ensuring that it is aligned with Promoshin’s brand.

    The ideal Creative Director is an individual who possesses creative excellence. The individual enjoys challenging and fast-paced environments and can function well under pressure with little supervision. The individual will be detail-oriented, a problem solver, a good communicator, and has exemplary leadership skills.

    This is a full-time remote position (work from home) that requires the candidate to work local Los Angeles hours between 9 am - 5 pm (GMT -7).

    • Have experience leading a team of creatives, and can manage complex relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
    • Can take ownership of a project and consistently focus on delivering high-quality results.
    • Hunger to build skills, prosper and grow in a fast-paced and competitive, yet supportive environment.

    Key requirements and attributes required:

    • Must be fluent in written and verbal English communication.
    • Tech-savvy.
    • An excellent understanding of marketing concepts, and brand development.
    • An excellent understanding of design, copy and web-based practices.
    • Fantastic organizational, and time management skills.
    • Strong listening skills.
    • Superb collaboration abilities.
    • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Passionate about film, commercials, video production, and/or marketing.
    • Self-motivated and punctual.
    • Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.

    Responsibilities will include the following tasks:

    • Plan and oversee the development of Promoshin’s adverts.
    • Lead brand campaigns, including submitting ideas for projects and overseeing the development of all creative content.
    • Supervise all work completed by the creative department.
    • Work with executives and other creative leaders to set project deadlines and content goals.
    • Present project information, including deadlines and budgets, to executives and clients
    • Oversee the creative budget.
