Creative Director at Salt South Africa

• We’re looking for someone who can see the bigger picture, challenge the obvious and turn a good idea into something people actually remember.
• A little less playing it safe. A little more pushing creative boundaries.
• Your playground?
• Big brands, national retail accounts, bold concepts and a talented team of creatives who need someone to lead, inspire and push the work further.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• 10-15+ years of creative industry experience.
• The ability to lead, mentor and get the best out of designers and writers.
• A strong balance of strategic thinking and creative instinct.
• The confidence to sell an idea, own a room and build lasting client relationships.
• An eye for detail and an uncompromising approach to creative quality.
• Experience taking projects from that first big idea all the way through to execution.
