Main Purpose of Appointment                   

Accurate and timeous processing of Debtors.

Functions of Appointment

• The collection, matching & batching of Debtors
• The accurate processing of Debtors
• The timeous payment of all accounts
• Perform all relevant reconciliations pertaining to Accounts Payable
• Reporting of account deviation to Accountant
• Maintain open communication channels with all relevant departments
• Adhere to ISO & Company policies & procedures, Supplier Agreements and SARS regulations

Authority and Control         

• ISO & Company policies & procedures

Job Holder Specification                        

• Matric or relevant qualification.

Experience

• Approximately 1 years Accounts Payable experience.
• MS Office, Oracle, Lotus Notes.
• Good telephone skills.
• Oracle preferable.

• Interpersonal relationship skills.
• Must adhere to given deadlines.
