    Credit Controller - Matroosfontien

    Job Advert Summary    
    Clover has an opportunity for a Credit Controller to join the Debtors team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting the outstanding debt ensuring in the day-to-day duties such as timely payments, processing and reconciling of invoices.

    Requirements    

    • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
    • Business English: Fluent
    • Computer literacy (Intermediate)
    • Code 10 motor vehicle license

    Duties and Responsibilities    
    Collect trade debt

    • Confirm payment of all new and existing customer accounts  
    • Control allocated accounts and ensure that all outstanding monies owed to the company is collected 
    • Log and address customer queries  
    • Maintain good customer relations  

    Request credit limits 

    •     Request increase/s of credit limit 

        Liaise with customers

        Follow up on overdue accounts
