Job Description

• TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Credit Relationship Manager within the Financial Services Division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Analyse credit applications and determine appropriate credit limits
• Assess financial statements and cash flow forecasts to evaluate client creditworthiness
• Structure credit facilities and establish securities to mitigate risk
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction
• Market credit products and identify opportunities to grow the credit portfolio
• Monitor and review customer accounts to maintain acceptable credit risk levels
• Ensure compliance with company policies and credit risk management guidelines
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit records and documentation
• Manage the collection of outstanding accounts while preserving client relationships
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and follow up on overdue accounts

Qualifications and Skills

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in credit management or relationship management
• Experience within the agricultural sector, including production finance, term loans and asset finance
• Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment and financial analysis
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to balance client service with sound risk management principle
