Creditors Officer at National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications (NRCS)

Purpose: -

• To provide support services to business units with regard to accounts payable functions.

KPA’s/ Key outputs: -

• Accounts Payable Process
• Payment of Vendor Invoices – Local and Foreign
• Staff Subsistence and Travel - Local
• Staff Subsistence and Travel – Foreign
• Petty Cash
• Process Debit Orders
• General Administration Duties

Requirements
Experience: - 

• National Diploma in financial management orequivalent 3 years in a financial environment

Knowledge and Skills: - 

• Very good knowledge of financial procedures and processes; Very good knowledge of creditors and reconciliation; Good knowledge of procurement; Very good knowledge of corporate governance policies and procedures; Advance Excel; Good knowledge of JD Edwards financial system; People skills; and Good knowledge of NRCS Act
