Creditors & Payroll Administrator: Heidedal, Bloemfontein at FS Personnel Recruitment

Desired experience and Requirements:

• Matric
• Minimum 2 years’ creditors/accounts payable experience
• Proven payroll experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with retail/wholesale systems and payroll software
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans; Sesotho advantageous
• Reliable own transport
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and integrity
• Must be confident enough to question errors and enforce correct processes

Key responsibilities:

• Creditors / Accounts Payable and supplier reconciliations
• Purchase orders, GRVs and invoice processing
• Supplier payments and banking
• Weekly wages and monthly salaries
• PAYE, UIF, SDL and EMP201
• VAT administration and general bookkeeping
• Filing, reporting and general office administration
