    Our mission is to help our users improve their financial wellbeing. A critical part of this is providing relevant and timely information to users through emails. This might be a new hot offer for a credit card or a content article on the importance of understanding your credit score. You will work with the CRM manager to develop and execute communication plans using a world-leading CRM platform. You will put the user first and use your copy writing, marketing and analytical skills to optimise our business performance. In working directly with the CRM manager you will also be part of a small South African team and exposed to all our marketing efforts from national TV campaigns to digital marketing.

    In summary the successful candidate will write email copy, deploy communication using multiple technologies and support the digital marketing team on various projects.

    Requirements

    • A diploma or degree in copywriting, digital marketing or brand/marketing
    • 0 to 2 years’ work experience
    • Passion for marketing technology, financial services and marketing
