• Bilnor Staffing Solution's client in the mining sector is seeking an experienced CRUSHER MANAGER (HEAD OF CRUSHING) to join their team in Postmasburg, NC.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
• GCC Mines & Works advantageous in South Africa
• Trade Test beneficial
• ECSA registration advantageous

Experience

• 10+ years in heavy plant engineering
• 5+ years in supervisory/managerial role
• Mining, quarry, coal, iron ore, manganese, or aggregates experience

Technical Expertise Required

• Crushing circuits design and optimization
• Crushers: Jaw, Cone, Gyratory, Impact, VSI
• Screens, feeders, conveyors, stackers
• Bearings, gearboxes, shafts, couplings
• Hydraulics and lubrication systems
• Motors, VSDs, MCCs, transformers
• PLC / SCADA / instrumentation systems
• Structural steel and chutes
• Condition monitoring (vibration, thermography, oil analysis)

Engineering Responsibilities

• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance systems
• Manage breakdown response and root cause analysis
• Oversee shutdown planning and execution
• Control spares strategy and critical parts stockholding
• Improve Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF)
• Manage contractors and OEMs such as Metso, Sandvik, Terex, Astec
• Ensure statutory compliance and engineering standards
• Lead CAPEX projects and upgrades
