    Culture and People Experience Intern

    Minimum Qualifications / Requirements / Attributes

    • SA Citizen
    • Honours Degree in Industrial/ Organisational Psychology
    • Planning, coordinating, and prioritising
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Based in Cape Town / willing to relocate
    • The candidate must be medically fit in terms the Mine Health and Safety Act
    • Clear criminal record essential
    • Openness to learn
    • Good communication Analysing and interpretation of informationns skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Good time management and organizational skills
    • Emotionally Mature
    • Self-disciplined and driven
    • Ethical behaviour and professionalism

    Duties and responsibilities (not limited to)

    • The purpose of this position is to gain exposure and build competence in the various
    • Organisational Development functions as well as the broader People Management function.
    • To support the Culture and People Experience team with various cultural interventions.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for support in the following support

    areas:

    • Continuous learning
    • Build relationships and business acumen
    • Research
    • Project management support
    • Executing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-pace environment
    • Support organisational culture initiatives
    • Support wellbeing initiatives
    • Support organisational effectiveness
    • To succeed in this position, you must have:
    • Strong research
    • Strong record of academic achievement
    • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing
