    People Management Intern (Centurion)

    Minimum Qualification / Requirements

    • Human Resource Management qualification/degree (essential)
    • Driver’s license and own transport
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
    • Knowledge of the Human Resources cycle
    • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Highly analytical and action orientated
    • Resourceful organiser
    • Strong administration skills

    Duties and responsibilities (not limited to)

    • The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
    • The ability to thrive in a deadline orientated environment, willingness to take initiative,
    • understand the business and add value where needed

    Culture and People Experience Intern

    Minimum Qualifications / Requirements / Attributes

    • SA Citizen
    • Honours Degree in Industrial/ Organisational Psychology
    • Planning, coordinating, and prioritising
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Based in Cape Town / willing to relocate
    • The candidate must be medically fit in terms the Mine Health and Safety Act
    • Clear criminal record essential
    • Openness to learn
    • Good communication Analysing and interpretation of informationns skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Good time management and organizational skills
    • Emotionally Mature
    • Self-disciplined and driven
    • Ethical behaviour and professionalism

    Duties and responsibilities (not limited to)

    • The purpose of this position is to gain exposure and build competence in the various
    • Organisational Development functions as well as the broader People Management function.
    • To support the Culture and People Experience team with various cultural interventions.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for support in the following support

    areas:

    Finance Intern (Centurion)

    Minimum Qualification / Requirements

    • Finance related qualification
    • Willing to learn and be trained
    • Administrative skills and Microsoft knowledge
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
    • Must have own transport

    Duties and responsibilities (not limited to)

    • Follow up with suppliers for outstanding statements, invoices and delivery notes
    • Capturing/processing of supplier invoices in Accpac
    • Assisting with Occupational Rental manual invoice batches
    • Assisting with ad hoc accounting duties as instructed by the Financial Accountant
    • Assisting with BEE compliance related tasks
    • Assisting with filing of the finance team documents
    • Capturing of STD Bank Pay card processing and reconciliations
    • Assisting with creditors reconciliations
    • Capturing/processing of intercompany supplier invoices in Accpac
