Minimum Qualification / Requirements

• Human Resource Management qualification/degree (essential)
• Driver’s license and own transport
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Knowledge of the Human Resources cycle
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Highly analytical and action orientated
• Resourceful organiser
• Strong administration skills

• Assist the people management department with day-to-day tasks
• Assist with value adding people management projects
• Responsible for administrative tasks
• Assist with compiling people management analytical information
• Employee relations
• Assist with people management reporting functions
• Exposure to people management functions
