    Customer Care: Senior Case Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee a team of case managers to ensure efficient resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
    • Implement and maintain customer service standards to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in processes and customer service delivery
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty
    • Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall operations

    Qualifications:
