    Customer Engagement Manager

    Who We Are:

    The Role:

    • Your main purpose is to develop and implement a G4S customer engagement strategy for Africa that is aligned with our corporate objectives, building a positive brand internally, externally, and in the media.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop Strategy: Design and manage the regional marketing, communications, and PR strategy.
    • Drive Digital: Lead website and social media strategy, content creation, and lead generation.
    • Champion the Brand: Manage all corporate publications (newsletters, briefs) and ensure brand and corporate identity compliance.
    • Enhance Customer Experience: Design and implement customer satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and work with country teams to create service improvement plans.
    • Enable Sales: Create a comprehensive product and sales toolkit, including case studies and product videos.
    • Manage Key Relationships: Build solid relationships with Top 20 and Global clients, manage business reviews, and establish C-suite level advisory conversations.

    What We're Looking For:

    • A relevant Marketing degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
    • Proven experience in a senior marketing and communications role.
    • Demonstrable experience implementing customer service initiatives and managing high-level client conversations.
    • Excellent strategic, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • A leader who embodies our values, showing innovation in strategy, caring through customer focus, and teamwork by collaborating across diverse markets
