About the job
Our company is looking for fill the position of Customer Experience/ Continuous Improvement Manager to be based at our Sunninghill offices.
Requirement:
Matric or equivalent
Must have six sigma qualification/ certification (Green, Blue, black, Master Back belts required)
Must have at least 3-5 years' call centre BPO experience in a process improvement & quality role.
Must have worked on improvement projects using sigma methodologies
In line with our EE targets, preference will be given to applicants meeting our EE targets.
