Customer Experience Manager (Warehousing and Logistics)
A company operating within the logistics space, with a focus on e-commerce and specializing in the integration, warehousing, packing and delivering of parcels is seeking a Customer Experience Manager.
Responsibilities:
The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring that key stakeholders have an enjoyable and efficient customer experience, driving continuous customer satisfaction and retention.
Align and enhance internal business functions in order to deliver exceptional customer experience. This includes ensuring proficient use of the company system and tools by all key stakeholders.
Maintain and retain a profitable customer base by strengthening relationships with clients and overseeing the query management process.
Optimise the quality and efficiency of service provided by the company's operational business units / functions by providing professional insights & improving key processes.
Lead a team of 5 - 8 engaged and effective employees by growing, mentoring and developing individuals. This includes providing clear objectives and deliverables for each team member.
Requirements:
Matric
Tertiary qualification is advantageous
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Excel knowledge is critical
Some knowledge of FreshDesk (CRM system) is advantageous
Be energetic, enthusiastic and have an overall good attitude
