Company Description: 

• A company operating within the logistics space, with a focus on e-commerce and specializing in the integration, warehousing, packing and delivering of parcels is seeking a Customer Experience Manager.

Responsibilities: 

• The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring that key stakeholders have an enjoyable and efficient customer experience, driving continuous customer satisfaction and retention.
• Align and enhance internal business functions in order to deliver exceptional customer experience. This includes ensuring proficient use of the company system and tools by all key stakeholders.
• Maintain and retain a profitable customer base by strengthening relationships with clients and overseeing the query management process.
• Optimise the quality and efficiency of service provided by the company's operational business units / functions by providing professional insights & improving key processes.
• Lead a team of 5 - 8 engaged and effective employees by growing, mentoring and developing individuals. This includes providing clear objectives and deliverables for each team member.

Requirements:

• Matric
• Tertiary qualification is advantageous
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excel knowledge is critical
• Some knowledge of FreshDesk (CRM system) is advantageous
• Be energetic, enthusiastic and have an overall good attitude
• Able to communicate well verbally and in writing
