Role: Customer Fullfilment Specialist (graduate programme)

Start date: March 2023

Duration: 12 months

You are responsible for

• Customer order intake and upload
• SAP knowledge ( no a must, can be trained )
• Inventory Data maintenance & planning.
• Logistics Open order book review and maintenance
• Warehouse team assistance, order picking and distribution
• POD tracing with distribution company
• Order booking maintenance on various customer orders
• Stock counts ( cycle / quarterly  / annual )
• Price files
• Customer Logistics Service Agent
• General Sales Support

To succeed in this role, you will require

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• You must be a South African Graduate and have completed all modules/credits for the qualification mentioned above with a minimum of 60%
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communicational skills
• Knowledge of Excel and SAP
