    Floor Supervisor

    JOB PURPOSE
    Ensures that overall sales and profitability goals for the store are met by

    • providing training to all associates;
    • assisting the Store Manager in the development of staff in compliance with adidas Retail growth objectives;
    • overseeing the daily operation of the store and assuring compliance with adidas Retail policy and procedure.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    •  Supports the Store Manager by implementing and maintaining a staff structure that minimizes payroll expense and increases productivity,
    •  Assists the Store Manager by evaluates employees’ performance on a day to day basis
    •  Perform or assist in the completion of all documentation associated with applicants, new hires, payroll.  Effectively utilize customer service, training, educational tools, and communication to develop staff in relation to adidas Retail goals.
    •  Maintains personnel files to Company standards.
    •  Assure adherence to all Company systems and procedures.
    •  Maintain confidentiality of adidas Retail operating information.
    •  Assure compliance with legal statutes and safety guidelines in overall management of store and associates.
    •  Obtains the necessary skills, experience, and training from daily interaction with store management and outside training to develop necessary skills to assure promotability to next level.
    •  Assure adherence to adidas Retail visual presentation guidelines.
    •  Implements the security procedures set forth by adidas Head Office including, but not limited to shrinkage control, and safety inspections.
    •  As needed, assists in the development of merchandising, advertising and promotional programs to help meet the sales and marketing goals of the store.
    •  Resolves customer complaints.
    •  Assists in maintaining inventory levels by communicating with the Store Manager overages and shortages of product.
    •  Assists the Store Manager to implement and maintain management systems for planning, organization, and controlling and auditing store operations.
    •  Other duties may be assigned.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

    •  Ability to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and point of sale systems.

    VM Manager

    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

    • Contribute to store profitability by:

    Senior Specialist Category Management - Training & Specialist Sports Em South

    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation: 

    • The purpose of the Category Management team is to develop locally relevant product ranges by category to best meet the needs of the local consumers, profitably.

    • Deliver a globally aligned and locally relevant product range for EMS, focusing on delivering the company sales growth aspirations per sales channel 
    • Sustainably grow profitability and market share for each category
    • Support the seasonal go-to-market (GTM) process to build the optimal product offering, considering the unique local consumer and channel requirements.
    • Be the product expert and provide the relevant support for all Marketing GTM plans

    Key Responsibilities:  

    • Deliver a compelling range/concept selection for EMS by balancing local consumer, global brand and commercial considerations and supporting the overall business strategy of the channels. 
    • Lead GTM process to engage channels and customers and collaboratively build the strongest viable product mix.
    • Deliver net sales and profitability (GIM) by managing pricing, margin, and the product mix.
    • Ownership of product demand forecasting which most accurately reflects the customer and consumer demand in the market.
    • Seasonal analysis of marketplace to understand trends, competitor product assortments and pricing.
    • Proactively drive cluster range enhancements that meet local needs and reflect differentiation in marketplace where required. Work closely with the HUB BU’s and local-souring apparel team to deliver these.
    • Drive the range architecture for the cluster considering range guidance, brand focus and local pricing requirements.
    • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of product data available to the business via the pricing matrix.
    • Conduct monthly analysis of sell-through performance, sell out, of the relevant categories and make adjustments to the range where necessary.
    • Support seasonal Brand Activations by aligning with BA/Omni team on Marketing plans; communication tools; activation tools; and providing sports marketing support to ensure our partners get access to the best of adidas.

    Senior Manager Sales: Shoe Channel - Em South

    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

    • Drive the consistent execution of Global Wholesale Key Account Strategy, focusing on the Shoe Channel Accounts, Tekkie Town, Footgear, Truworths and Office London
    • Build and maintain sustainable long-term growth plans strategies within each key account through partnerships, in conjunction with the Sales Development satellite teams.

    • Ensure a constant communication flow about status of Key Accounts tools (e.g. EM KA Reporting, KA Playbook), WHS Key Account Management projects as well as Key Accounts gameplans or support plans to the main stakeholders, ie, market Key Accounts teams, KAM team/leadership
    • Own and drive/support the implementation of the high number of Global Sales projects, measure results and lead and steer update development upon market needs and Senior Management feedback in the ever-changing environment (e.g. a new approach of sell out analysis, key account management)
    • Provide and demonstrate expertise in key forums as required (e.g. KA meetings, EM meetings, WHS Operations sessions). Be the voice for the account within a balanced marketplace.
