    Customer Insights Analyst

    The Role

    Our client in the Financial Services Industry is looking for an experienced Customer Insight Analyst who will be responsible for exploratory data analytics and modelling to enhance marketing efforts, campaign efficiency and porfolio performance improvement. Must be available IMMEDIATELY for a FIXED TERM contract.

    Requirements:

    • Must have technical / professional qualifications:
    • Honours/Masters in quantitative fields like Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, or related disciplines.
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in delivering solid commercial impact advanced analytics projects.
    • Expertise in data manipulation: use of structured data tools (e.g. SQL), & unstructured data tools and platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL)
    • Expertise in major statistical modelling software packages (e.g., R, SAS) and multivariate techniques (e.g. k-means segmentation, multiple regression, factor analysis, time-series forecasting)
    • Professional experience and knowledge of the Credit analytics required
    • Experience in digital analytics and its applications, e.g., google analytics, adobe analytics, social listening, social network analysis)

    Duties:

    • Periodically prepare and present advanced analytics and findings in a clear and concise way to business stakeholders.
    • Deliver customer insights and identify opportunities.
    • Time series analysis and forecastingof customers , products and direct marketing campaign performance for target setting and tracking purposes.
    • Apply statistical modelling and advanced analytics techniques to inform base segmentation, optimising existing campaigns and detecting anomalies.
    • Design interim reports before they are productionalized by th ereporting squad to measure product and campaign performance.
    • Monthly product performance and impact measurement of the squads activities.
    • Collaborate with the applied machine learning team to incorporate machine learning into campaigns and performance activities.
