    Customer Service Consultant - CIC (Milnertin/Century City)

    As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for:

    • Customer Handling
    • Administration
    • Client Service

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 1–2 years call centre experience preferable/ Customer service experience/Administrative experience
    • Grade 12
    • Customer service skills
    • Conflict resolution skills
    • Brand development
    • Attention to detail
    • Self-motivated
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Interpersonal skills
    • Communication skills (verbal & written)
    • Time management
    • Planning & prioritisation
