Customer Service Consultant at Ethitech Health Innovation

Ethitech is seeking a dynamic customer service administrator to join our highly skilled Customer Service Team. This is an office based role, with opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities include

• Manage all administrative and operational functions of the Customer Service Team.
• Serve as a liaison between customer service team and diabetes sales team.
• Assist patients with basic troubleshooting telephonically, recording all complaints and queries accurately.
• Maintain and update customer information and records on the company CRM.
• Manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct follow up phone calls and surveys to new and existing customers.
• Emails educational training emails to new patients, resolving queries and escalating when required.
• Fast learner, with attention to detail required and ability to assmillate new diabetes product information. This is an office based position with the opportunity for growth.

• Fluent in Afrikaans and English - essential.
• MS Office Skills - intermediate to advanced.
