    Customer Service Coordinator - Lanseria

    WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING

    •  Ensure that customer orders are handled starting from the order confirmation until the loading of products as per the agreed delivery time and that trucks are organized to ensure shipment.
    •  Receive customer forecast and enter into AlplaPROD using the integrated EDI system.
    •  Communicate finished goods stock on hand to customers and ensure forecasted stock is delivered.
    • Ensure that transport/freight companies are informed on time for trucks to be on site.
    •  Prepare all the relevant documentation, especially for export orders.
    •  Work closely together internally with the Planner on one side and with the personnel from the finished goods warehouse area on the other side.
    •  Collaborate with all internal departments regarding issues affecting customer service, such as quality, sales and finance.
    •  Make arrangements regarding returnable secondary packaging with customers.
    •  Create orders for scrap sales on the system as communicated by the relevant logistics department.
    •  Comply with all aspects of C03 Manufacture, store and deliver products process as part of the ALPLA Metro Map

    WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT

    •  Grade 12 (tertiary qualification advantageous)
    •  Experience with customer service in a B2B environment (not retail)
    •  Excellent skills on ERP software (ALPLAPROD preferred)
    •  Good with numbers, experience in data analysis and efficient in using computer systems.
    •  Excellent communication skills in English and Local language
    •  Strong customer focus and good communication skills towards customers and in difficult circumstances (late deliveries, addressing re-planning necessities, etc.)
