Customer Service Expert - iStore Eastgate at Core Group

You need to have:

• Completed Matric (tertiary qualification will be an advantage)
• 5 + years’ experience in a customer service orientated role/Technical position working with Apple products Passionate about brand and products
• Proven Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Stock Management
• Passionate about our products and assisting customers
• Interpersonal skills/confidence and great presentation skills
