You need to have:
Completed Matric (tertiary qualification will be an advantage)
5 + years’ experience in a customer service orientated role/Technical position working with Apple products Passionate about brand and products
Proven Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Stock Management
Passionate about our products and assisting customers
Interpersonal skills/confidence and great presentation skills
