Customer Service Rep at Solenis

Responsibilities:

• Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone, email or website chatbot in an in- or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards | Processes customer orders, bills and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance and termination | Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints
• Supports order follow up activities in support of sales channel / field personnel via estimated 70/30 split of phone and off-phone support
• Interprets product availability, pricing and order status to manage customer expectations around delays, backorders and product substitution
• Monitor and manage On Time and in Full on SAP
• Perform special projects assignments from Manager with minimal supervision
• Investigate and assist in credit requests, validate special term purchases, coordinate returns for non-technical reasons
• Ensure smooth running of branch with regard to Admin. Serve as a back up to the switch board as and when required
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor. 
• Order taking from all Trade sectors
• Record keeping: Sales by customer, Sales by product, Promotional Activities
