Customer Service & Sales Representative - Cellular Store (4 Month Contract)

We're seeking energetic, outgoing candidates with solid Retail Store / Cellular / Face-to-Face Customer Service or Sales experience, to work at reputable Cellular Stores in the following locatons:

• Table View (Bayside Mall)
• Century City & Canal Walk

N.B. These are Short-Term Contracts, ranging from 4-6 Months in length.

These are NOT Permanent roles.

Duties & Responsibilities

• The Cellular Store Representative will be tasked with assisting customers with phone upgrades, up-selling of store products, sim activation, phone repairs, account queries, assisting with the queue, etc.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Grade 12 (as a minimum).
• Must be able to work Monday to Sunday, with days off.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Must be flexible to rotate between stores in the same vicinity.
• Must have previous Promotions / Retail Sales / Retail Store experience.
• Must have previous Cellular-specific experience.
• Have good knowledge of cellular products, post-paid, pre-paid, data packages, etc.
• Must be available from 1 Nov 2020 and comfortable with a short term contract.
• Must be Criminal and Credit Clear.
