About the job
First line sales support and fulfil quality customer order processing function. Assist the Sales teams with administrative support and customer service information. Provide customers product knowledge or information, quotation requests, new business requests, handle general customer queries and associated customer request. Problem solve customer requests and use the information to gain a better understanding of their needs, communicate with the business and revert with satisfactory commitments on solutions.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide quality support and back up to the external sales team to assist them in the achievement of their key result areas and targets.
Maintain a professional, polite, and attentive attitude while focusing on accuracy. Always be prepared and responsive to customers, suppliers and colleagues in line with the company’s vision and mission statement below.
Obtain and correctly record customer information. Process phone in and electronic orders accurately, on time and in line with all company procedures.
Liaising efficiently with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance.
Assist and track the sales and logistics team's communication with customers to ensure the company delivers consistent high-quality service levels and accuracies. Identify opportunities to up-sell other products and communicate this information to the sales team.
Accurate and organized handling of office tasks, such as filing, document handling and data capturing.
Receive customer queries or information request and then ensure these requests are fulfilled as a matter of urgency. Handling customer complaints and processing returns effectively while keeping accurate records of all customer interactions.
Listen to customer concerns and provide information, answers, or responses in line with the company’s commit to excellent customer service.
Accurate and on time completion of all internal support task / schedules.
