Settling disputes quickly and efficiently while navigating competing interests and maintaining customer relationships.
Work as an intermediary between departments to align goals and provide the necessary resources to settle claims and prevent possible financial/relationship risks.
Key Accountabilities
Identify root causes of disputes & relevant departments.
Validate claims & gather necessary information.
Ensure the finalization of disputes within a reasonable timeframe.
Be the link/intermediary between the local business & supporting global functions.
Maintain & build customer relationships.
Receive & facilitate resolution of customer & sales force queries.
Read and apply customer remittances to validate accuracy of reconciliations.
Identify dispute root causes/trends.
Experience
Matric-certificate and a minimum of 5 years in a customer service environment.
Diploma or NQF level 5 in business management, administration or accounting required.
Proficiency in MS office packages & SAP is essential.
