Customer Services Supervisor - Isando at FUCHS

Your areas of responsibility:

• Monitor and control Telesales staff to improve overall performance and effectiveness.
• Processing of Sales orders placed via phone, fax or email. 
• Liaise with Sales representatives, warehouse and customers regarding queries, deliveries and pricing.
• Liaise with Production, Procurement, credit and dispatch departments to avoid custmer delays.

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Minimum Grade 12.
• A degree in Marketing Management or Business Administration advantageous.
• At least 2-5 years' relevant experience.
• 2 years' of supervisory exposure.
• SAP experience beneficial.
